Empower user experience design

From 2017 to 2019 I was appointed UX/UI Design Lead at Nespresso, Our team was in charge of leading the User Experience (UX) and User Interaction (UI) design at Nespresso.

Objectives

Getting to know our users better and more frequently. Defining and communicating the Nespresso UX & UI design methodology to other departments, teams and agencies. 

Enforcing this methodology in every design project while setting design standards for Nespresso eCommerce platforms (Website and Mobile Apps) and permanent content.

Project Gallery

We brought together the brand in the digital ecosystem, creating a consistent digital experience from in-store to web. Which included both B2C and B2B platforms, iPad/iPhone internal apps, and the mobile website. To execute all this work we managed various agencies and inhouse talent simultaneously.
